This interface allows access to 'GenomeBank' reports for each genome in the GenomeMine. Retrieve a record by entering an apprioriate identifier (currently, NCBI Refseq Numbers and CMR aliases for bacteria are recognized). All information stored for a given genome will be displayed along with links to external resources. GenomeBank reports contain "core" information automatically extracted or calculated from the corresponding genome annotation file. If there is also curated data available for a given genome, a link will be displayed at the top of the report giving access to this data.
